NAMI Family-to-Family Class Registration

This class is presented by NAMI Finger Lakes, in partnership with NAMI Steuben County.

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. Classes meet over 8 weekly sessions. This is a designated evidenced-based program. Research has shown that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition.

NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there, and includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises.

The Summer 2026 NAMI Family to Family Class will take place in person 5:30-8:00 pm every Tuesday from August 11 through September 29. The class will meet in person in the second floor conference room of the South Hill Business Campus (located across from Ithaca College), 950 Danby Road, Ithaca, NY.
