Ending the Silence is a free, 1-hour, evidence-based presentation designed for parents of middle and high school-aged youth. This session provides vital information about mental health conditions, including warning signs, facts and statistics, and strategies for talking with your child. Parents will also learn how to effectively collaborate with school staff to support their child's mental health.
The presentation features two leaders: one who provides an informative overview and a young adult who shares their personal journey to recovery. Through this combination of education and lived experience, parents will gain insight into a topic often misunderstood and learn how to foster open, supportive conversations with their children.
Join us to better understand mental health and help break the stigma for the next generation.
